Last updated 25 September 2026. Kastelon Solutions (SSM 202603137991), Kuala Lumpur, operates the Lead Desk chat assistant on this website and on the websites of its business clients.

When you chat on a client's website

The business you are contacting decides how your details are used and is responsible for them. Kastelon processes your details only on that business's behalf, to answer your enquiry and pass it to them.

What we collect

What you type in the chat, and any details you choose to give, such as your name, phone number, email, area and requirements. We record a one way code derived from your IP address to prevent abuse. We do not ask for identity card numbers, bank details or health information.

Why

To answer your questions, send your enquiry to the business, and let them contact you about it.

Who processes it

Our service providers for hosting and databases (Supabase, Vercel or Cloudflare), AI processing (Anthropic), and alerts (Telegram, Resend, and Meta for WhatsApp where used). Some are located outside Malaysia.

How long we keep it

Up to 12 months, or less if the business asks, then it is deleted.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your details, or withdraw consent, by contacting the business you chatted with or emailing nicholas@kastelon.com. If you prefer not to share details in the chat, contact the business directly by phone or WhatsApp.
